Bay Area Direct Client care has an immediate opening for an experienced LPN in the Palmetto area to care for a medically complex 2 year old male in the family home. He is medically complex with a tracheostomy on room air, and feeding tube. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year experience as a licensed LPN. We are currently hiring full time an part time. Day time shifts are from 7am- 7pm. Full time days to pick from are Mon, Tues, Thu, Sat, Sun. Night shifts available are 7pm to 7am. Nights available are Sun, Mon, tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat. The pay is $35/hr, weekly pay and direct deposit. Requirements: 1 year LPN licensed experience Current CPR/FIRST AIDE Pass Level 2 background Screen Reliable Transportation Preferred: Tracheostomy experience Gastrostomy tube experience

This is a a group home with current 4 patients with a Home health Aid present for support. These are medically complex individuals with Trach, feeding tube and ventilator.
