Records and reports observed symptoms, reactions, treatments, and changes in patient condition to Provider and/or R N and assists in analyzing and interpreting patient data. II. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required: 1. Completion of an accredited practical nursing program . 2. Current Massachusetts licensure required . 3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience/Skills: Required: 1. Knowledge of basic nursing procedures . 2.
