Documents all nursing care and treatments performed, in the electronic medical record. 9. Coordinates pre-visit planning by reviewing the electronic medical record to include patient history and proactively orders labs and other testing based on standing orders. 10. Performs hospital follow up by reviewing discharge summary and performing med reconciliation. 11. Follow up on any referrals. 12. Delegates to MA within scope of practice to enhance patient care. 13. Manages and directs patient flow within the clinical area. 14. May relieve the nurse supervisor and medical assistants as necessary. 15. Orders basic clinic supplies and stock medications. 16.
