Acts as a resource to nursing units and other departments and serves as a liaison when dealing with mutual problems, issues or concerns. Provides accurate written and/or verbal reports to Nurse Managers, Risk Manager, or Quality Improvement Director based upon problems encountered and actions taken as appropriate.
