NP will be responsible for following up on all the remainder of their patients on their case load for the day and document the progress updates. NP will put in admission orders or review and make corrections as per their evaluations, will order baseline and follow up laboratory blood work as deemed necessary and follow up on reports and communicate with patient and family.
