You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area. As the Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for comprehensive direct patient care management in the general medicine patient population. The APP will manage a caseload of patients and exercise autonomous decision making in the assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of delegated medical treatments. Additionally, you will provide healthcare and patient services that may include educational, research, and clinical nursing specialist support, and completing administrative activities under the direction and supervision of the Director/leadership.
