Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manage outpatient follow-up visits. Assist with procedures and ensure continuity of care. Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education. Qualifications Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Illinois. Strongly preferred: 1+ year of experience in Gastroenterology medicine. Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive medical team. EMR proficiency (experience with Epic is a plus).
