The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Provides medically appropriate care to injured workers using evidence-based guidelines, expedites the return to meaningful work, and collaborates with the TPA and client to quarterback case management. Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development. Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions. Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care. Collaborates with Medical director and client stakeholders on Health Promotion programs, surveillance needs, ergonomics, process development, and other related safety/injury prevention opportunities. Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed. Maintains patient health records ensure complete, accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
