Greenwich Hospital's Department of Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to support the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) located at 2015 West Main Street. The Adult IOP serves patients with high-acuity behavioral health needs who are transitioning from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization to a less restrictive level of care. This role is integral to the interdisciplinary treatment team and is responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing clinical support to patients participating in the program. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, nursing staff, and other behavioral health professionals to promote stabilization, recovery, and successful community reintegration. Essential Responsibilities Provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing evaluation of adult behavioral health patients enrolled in the IOP.
