Engage with patients and caregivers to provide education, support, and ensure satisfaction with care delivery. Demonstrate leadership by fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence. Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state(s) of practice. Wound care certification such as WOCN or equivalent recognized wound care credential preferred Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience with a strong background in wound care, preferably including in-home or post-acute care settings. Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical settings or wound care programs. BLS certification or higher. Proficiency with electronic health records and digital wound care management tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
