Be part of something remarkable As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our ambulatory care team by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to: Conduct psychiatric assessments of pediatric patients with acute and chronic mental illness in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Assess the patient’s psychosocial, cognitive, developmental and medical status and identify functional assets and limitations of both the patient and family system. See patients and family members as needed for new and follow-up psychiatric care including medications and psychotherapy. Be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients and families with acute and chronic health needs. Education : If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program. If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
