Oversees operational dashboards, key performance indicators, workforce planning, budgets, resource utilization, and data-informed decision-making to support sustainable outcomes. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements: Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a health-related field. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Relevant certification as determined at position level. 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, including 5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health services. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
