Job Description UW Medical Center - Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a Post Liver Transplant Registered Nurse to join our Transplant Services team. The focuses on the duties related to the post-transplantation phase and will include procurement call. Management for the designated transplant patient population includes independent patient assessment, triage, education, coordination of medical and nursing care, and documentation of care.
