Job Summary Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Responsibilities House Supervior - Administration position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA Per Diem The House Supervisor position supervises and directs patient care and related activities of the hospital according to policy, procedure and the mission statement, vision, and values of Corona Regional Medical Center. Provides clinical support to hospital staff. Coordinates staffing of the nursing units. Coordinates patient bed placement/patient flow. Acts as liaison between patient units and other departments. Works collaboratively with department directors. Serves as administration representative. The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. Qualifications Minimum Essential Experience: Minimum of two years recent clinical nursing experience in acute setting required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Required Licensure / Certifications: Current California Registered Nurse license required. Current B.L.S. (CPR) required through the American Heart Association. ACLS required within 90 days of start date.
