These nurses will assist the Nursing team in providing patient care under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager. The Main Operating Room at University of Iowa Health Care features 30 operating rooms dedicated to adult surgical specialties and operates 24/7. Intra-operative services are organized into five teams, staffed by Registered Nurses and Surgical Technologists.
