Completes payroll in collaboration with Nurse Manager. Provides volumes & adjustments to reflect variances in staffing needs within Smart Square. Collaborates with the Nurse Manager to evaluate, maintain and improve patient care team member performance. Assists in implementing changes in clinical practice and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to ensure compliance with organization, department and unit specific goals. Provides patient care support when necessary. QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required or preferred. Education - Required Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
