The primary purpose of the Assistant Nurse Manager position is to support daily clinical operations, staff supervision, and the coordination of patient care while delivering efficient and professional customer service. This role supports leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment and plays a key role in staff oversight and quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a supervisory role. Position Information Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Successful completion of the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center New Graduate Nurse Residency Program can be substituted for two of the three required years of clinical nursing experience.
