Reviews and revises TA Standards Of Practice (SOP) annually under the direct supervision of the Therapeutic Apheresis Medical Director; assures compliance with current accreditation and regulatory agency standards for TA. Responsible for TA document control and distribution of all TA-related documents. Collaborates with Hematology, Oncology, & Transplantation Clinical Educator and Leadership to assure appropriate orientation for all new TA nurses.
