How you’ll make an impact in this role Multi-speciality: Direct services, workflow and resources for Emergency Department, ICU, Step-down, Cath lab, and Cardiac diagnostics Lead the recruitment, development, and mentorship of a high-performing specialty nursing team to drive superior patient outcomes and foster a culture of service excellence. Direct all clinical operations, including patient assessment and comprehensive care plan development, to ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting as required by policy and attend mandatory staff meetings and training. Communicate information to nursing staff, physician, health care unit supervisory personnel or other staff as necessary. Additional Details PRN (4) 12-hour shifts every 6 weeks, 1 major and 1 minor holiday 1 off shift (night/weekend) Qualifications & Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience Licenses/Certifications Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
