Job Description Reporting to the Director of Operations for Hematology, Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapies (HBC), the Director of Nursing, HBC is a clinical leader and contributes to the development of UCSF Health and the Cancer Center’s strategic goals and objectives as well as overall standards of nursing practice. The Director of Nursing is a member of the HBC management team and works within the framework of the mission and values established by UCSF Health. The Director of Nursing oversees all adult HBC faculty practices clinical operations, systems and processes, providing direct and indirect supervision of administrative and clinical staff in multiple departments including; malignant hematology, nonmalignant hematology, blood & marrow transplant and cellular therapies.
