In this role, RNs have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within their specialty area while working assignments at each of the sites throughout our system. The RNs support the team and the patients at each site for an average of three months per assignment. This is an opportunity to float throughout the entire RWJBH system. Enhanced Float Differentials are offered. Qualifications Required: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Participates in offering education to inmates, security officers and other members of the health care team. Participates in in-service meetings and educational programs either as attendee or as a teacher, as arranged and approved by supervisor.
