About Crotched Mountain School Nestled in the beautiful Monadnock region of New Hampshire, CMS offers a therapeutic and adventure-based learning environment for neurodiverse learners. Responsibilities Medical Coordination & Advocacy Assess and coordinate healthcare for students and residents. Maintain and review medical services and records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Communicate health updates with Residential Managers, the Health Care Director, and other key staff. Work closely with physicians to obtain and implement treatment plans. Attend medical appointments with individuals as needed and assist with transportation.
