Qualifications Job Requirements: Must be a graduate of an NLN-accredited School of Nursing Must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nursing Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
