Position Overview: We are seeking an RN Unit Manager to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at [Facility Name] . In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care. You will mentor staff, enforce policies, and ensure the unit functions efficiently while providing the best care for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations. Develop, implement, and enforce employee policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant care delivery. Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions Confirms and transcribes all new medical orders on assigned unit prior to end of shift. Demonstrates adequate supervision of certified nursing assistants. Ensures POC documentation and quality resident care is provided on assigned residents. Functions as a leader for the CNAs; delegates in a manner that contributes to the excellence of the nursing unit to which LPN is assigned.
