Caring Angles Home Care is seeking a dynamic Geriatric RN Case Manager with Oasis experience for our Brooklyn office. As Case Manager, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the agency. This position offers a competitive salary and benefit package. Case Manager Responsibilities: The Case Manager is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately.
