Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager - Immediate Full Time Opportunity Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm Riverdale, New York Join Our Team as an Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager at the Hebrew Home at Riverdale! The Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager manages and supervises the staff activities and ensures staff competencies in the delivery of care in collaboration with the Day Nurse Managers. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Administrative Nurse Managers for weekends, evenings, and nights and other disciplines for all interdisciplinary activities Collaborates with the Nursing Compliance Manager for wound care and Infection control program operations, and with the Educators with staff educational activities. Is accountable and responsible for key performance indicators in collaboration with the Day Nurse Managers on their assigned units on a 24 hour basis, including pressure ulcers, falls, grievances, staff attendance, timeliness of call bell responses, maintain Facility Quality Measures, and perpetual Survey Preparedness. Qualifications: Must possess a current NYS RN license. Associate’s Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor’s Degree or MSN from an accredited university preferred. A minimum of 1 year as a staff nurse in a hospital, long-term care facility or other related medical facility, including experience with the Dementia population. Must possess a current NYS RN license. Knowledge of federal and state regulations. Must be able to speak, write and read English.
