BSN required or must be actively enrolled in a program. Termination of a program without degree completion, will remove eligibility for the role. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of current experience in an acute care setting required. Must be at a clinical level that reflects proficiency and in-depth knowledge of nursing practice. Licensure: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire required. Technical Certification: Life support authorization (BLS, ACLS, etc.) appropriate to patient population required. The Registered Nurse collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team, providing clinical oversight and supervision of telemetry-monitored exercise sessions . The RN plays a key role in patient safety, individualized care planning, and ongoing assessment throughout the rehabilitation process. In addition, the RN delivers evidence-based education and counseling related to lifestyle modification and cardiovascular risk reduction, both in group classes and individual sessions . Participation in community outreach, educational lectures, and wellness-focused initiatives is encouraged, supporting the program’s mission to promote long-term heart health beyond the clinical setting.
