Triages phone calls to determine acuity to assist in scheduling appointments. Provides comprehensive medical record documentation. Documents all communications and maintains patient confidentiality. Participates in and/or organizes regular practice huddles, communicates effectively with team members and physicians; actively listens and seeks feedback.
