Educates patients and families about prescribed follow ups, medications, therapies, and teaches self-injection techniques as needed. Follows policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency and departmental effectiveness as well as to improve healthcare outcomes of patients. Assist, as needed, with phone triage. Assists with medication refill requests. Performs phlebotomy. Qualities & Skills: Computer skills and knowledge of EMR. Comfortability performing phlebotomy. Education & Experience: Completion of an accredited nursing program required. Active New Jersey RN license required. Minimum of 2 year experience working as an RN in a fertility setting , required. Phlebotomy experience required. CPR Certification. Ability to be flexible with schedule and to work at satellite locations, if applicable, as scheduled.
