Primary Duties And Responsibilities Deliver direct oncology nursing care, including comprehensive assessment, individualized care planning, symptom management, and evaluation of patient outcomes for adult oncology patients and families. Administer antineoplastic agents and supportive therapies per protocols and ONS standards; verify orders, complete independent double checks, and monitor for and manage infusion reactions and adverse events. Partner with community referral sources and support smooth care transitions for new and existing clients. What We’re Looking For: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts. Two or more years of nursing experience; home care, geriatrics, private-duty care, or care-management experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills. A compassionate, dependable professional who enjoys working with older adults, families, and caregivers. Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel locally to clients’ homes.
