In coordination with Executive Director, develops and monitors annual capital and operations budgets. Coordinates development and implementation of appropriate methods to monitor adherence to budgets and resolve variances. Develops and implements processes to manage human resource, materials, and finances within the established budget. Performs other duties as assigned. License, Certification, Education or Experience: REQUIRED for the position: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and/or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington or holding a multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license Current Healthcare Provider BLS – American Heart Association by start date 3 years of recent clinical experience in pediatric or neonatal critical care nursing with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities DESIRED for the position: Master’s degree in nursing or related field Previous experience in a management or leadership role in an inpatient care setting National nursing specialty or leadership certification, or willingness to obtain within 18 months of hire Benefit Information: Choices that care for you and your family At EvergreenHealth, we appreciate our employees’ commitment and contribution to our success.
