QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an approved school of nursing or Bachelor’s degree of Nursing from an accredited college/university Currently licensed, in good standing, to practice in New York as a Registered Nurse. Minimum 1 year community health nursing experience or equivalent professional experience. Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, regulations and guidelines pertaining to home care, including OASIS. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
