Salary Range: $180K–$300K (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: • Provide clinical oversight across multiple skilled nursing facilities • Partner with Directors of Nursing and Administrators to enhance patient care outcomes • Ensure facilities remain survey-ready and compliant with all regulatory standards • Develop and implement Plans of Correction (POCs and DPOCs) • Lead investigations into incidents such as falls, elopements, and other reportable events • Offer hands-on clinical support during urgent or high-risk situations Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Prior experience in a regional or multi-site leadership role required • Strong expertise in compliance, audits, and regulatory processes • Demonstrated success in leading teams within skilled nursing environments This role is ideal for a dynamic clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site setting and is passionate about driving quality care across organizations.
