This role requires comprehensive knowledge of departmental and hospital policies related to the administration of infusion therapy and the overall delivery of nursing care. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and patient interaction. Recent IV experience. Essential Functions: Welcome patients and escort them to their private infusion rooms. Educate patients about their treatments and address any concerns about adverse reactions.
