Qualifications Job Requirements: Licensure: Current PA Registered Nurse license required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Three years nursing management experience required, five years preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices. Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others’ activities with demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
