Description The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. Responsibilities Patient Care 1. Job Overview Fairview is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Oncology-5A Department at our M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center - East Bank location in Minneapolis, MN . As a Registered Nurse in our Oncology unit, you would help adult patients and oncologic malignancies. Our services include hematologic malignancy, gynecological oncology, solid organ tumor oncology, colorectal, plastic surgery, and gender affirmation surgery. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assists in establishing and maintaining a therapeutic and safe environment that facilitates and supports the framework for professional clinical practice based upon evidence-based practice in order to achieve quality patient outcomes.
