Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of routine and specialized patient care procedures and treatments. Understanding of infection prevention practices, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements, including The Joint Commission (TJC). Proficiency in electronic documentation systems and the ability to learn new technologies. Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including prolonged standing, walking, and clinical care activities.
