Overview The Short Stay Outpatient Unit (SSOU) is a fast paced environment where multidisciplinary services are provided for patients needing a vast variety of treatments. This unit’s normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday day shift, but coverage is also provided on weekend day shifts on an as needed basis. Treatments are provided to patients with a variety of needs and who are sent by physicians from numerous disciplines including but not limited to Primary Care, Hematology, Oncology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Obstetrics.
