Job Summary and Qualifications The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Must work two (2) holiday shifts during the 32-week period (defined by department manager). Seasonal staff are PRN status and subject to first call-off . No guaranteed hours; not eligible for benefits except 401(k) and retirement contributions per PRN policy. No eligibility for extra shift bonuses (D1/CND or D2/ECD). RNs will have one opportunity to pass the clinical competency evaluation. Current FT/PT & PRN employees are not eligible to join the Seasonal program for 2026--27 with the exception of RNs that participated in the Seasonal program in the previous year.
