Evaluates for patient comprehension and documents. Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks appropriately to facilitate quality patient care and ensure patient care needs are met. Able to recognize and respond to emergency situations. Evaluates own needs for support and uses identified systems to meet need. Accurately completes all required clinical and quality documentation consistently per RHS standards and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates a sense of urgency to facilitate patient throughput to assure patients receive consistent, competent, and ethical care. Focuses on quality outcomes of patient care when addressing customer’s needs to include current evidence based practice and quality measures. Qualifications Education Nursing Degree required - ADN, BSN, or MSN.
