Provide care for both self-referred patients and patients referred by Axia OB/GYN providers. Communicate relevant clinical findings, recommendations, and treatment plans to referring OB/GYN, when applicable, following patient visits. Support continuity and coordination of care with the patient’s established OB/GYN provider and other members of the care team. General Menopause Care Provide comprehensive menopause symptom management for patients referred by Axia OB/GYN providers who may benefit from additional virtual menopause expertise or support. Evaluate and manage common menopause-related concerns, including vasomotor symptoms, mood changes, weight and metabolic concerns, cognitive symptoms, and other manifestations of menopause, within the APP’s scope of practice. Collaborate with referring OB/GYN provider when patients present with complex symptoms or require care beyond the scope of the virtual menopause program.
