Leadership & Professional Development - Working closely with your Clinical Manager, you will take an active role in driving improvement and achieving better outcomes through the development and evaluation of Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives. You’ll be an advocate for High Reliability principles to enhance patient care and operational efficiency while using data to fuel progress. You’ll also demonstrate your leadership skills by motivating, educating, delegating, and mentoring peers and team members, while managing patient care effectively. Qualifications Here are your additional requirements: Documentation - You’ll accurately and concisely document the nursing process in the patient’s electronic medical record, reflecting the implemented plan of care by the patient, family, and healthcare team. You’ll also ensure timely documentation of care, updates, education, and the patient’s and family’s responses, in line with hospital policy. More Details on our Emergency Department: Emergency Department Main: The Emergency Department Christ Hospital’s Main Campus is a 44-bed unit, including five Express Care treatment areas, provides high-acuity emergency care to an average of 156 patients each day. Specializing in complex medical and adult cardiac emergencies, the department cares for critically ill patients with conditions including STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and other time-sensitive emergencies. The ED is staffed by an experienced, all-RN nursing team alongside board-certified emergency medicine physicians, physician assistants, social workers, and other multidisciplinary specialists.
