Act as a liaison between Summit and the community, clients, facilities, etc. Evaluate the outcome of care and provide support to ensure that services meet the client’s needs. Inform Managers and other staff of changes in the client’s needs. RN Supervisor Requirements: Current RN license in the state. Willing to travel up to an hour in distance.
