Our Anesthesia team at SCH offers a care team model practice opportunity for the experienced CRNA who enjoys challenging cases, regional anesthesia, and other procedures. Cases at SCH include Ortho, General surgery, Critical Care, and Surgical services. CRNAs have increased opportunities for independence, regional anesthesia procedures, and central venous access procedures. First call is taken by the CRNA staff with a back-up call provided by an experienced CRNA or anesthesiologist. Regional block, and central venous access training will be provided, but experience, and interest, in these skills is a plus. Familiarity with and interest in ERAS protocols is also welcome.
