The ER is stroke and chest pain certified but is not a trauma center. There are 44 beds in the ER and the typical orientation period for a Nurse is between 6-8 weeks depending upon the Nurse's previous RN experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum. Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis.
