Job Requirements The Clinical Nurse, UMMS Staffing (USC) provides safe, evidence-based, patient- and family-centered nursing care across UMMS inpatient and approved procedural, surgical, and ambulatory care settings. As a member of the internal resource workforce, the USC RN is employed by the Staffing Center and deployed to clinical units based on organizational need and validated unit-specific competencies. The USC RN practices within the scope of the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, professional nursing standards, and organizational policies.
