Integrates new knowledge into their practice, takes initiative to learn new techniques and procedures, and shares skills and information with the healthcare team. Timely completion of all assigned modules and yearly PHHS obligations as defined by the corporate compliance department. Identifies work processes and flows for the assigned department.
