Each designated unit focuses on patient specialties, such as general rehab, neuro rehab, traumatic brain injuries and cancer. Cedar Street offers various programs for residents to participate in including music therapy, expressive arts and a garden room. About Rehab and Nursing Center Cedar The Rehabilitation & Nursing Center – Cedar was designed with the word “home” in mind. The home is more spacious than the previous 52-year-old Fuller Street facility and boasts many new amenities, including four spacious interior courtyards; a new dining room; on-site dialysis den; art room, private and semiprivate rooms with their own window, restroom and shower; modern furnishings; and new technology, to make these community members feel at home. Scope of work Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality, direct patient care. Performs basic skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team.
