Serio, Dr. Guy, and Dr. Frasca. The group provides comprehensive adult primary care with a strong reputation for high-quality, patient-centered medicine and long-standing community relationships. Collectively, the practice manages a broad spectrum of adult medical conditions, with particular expertise in chronic disease management, preventive care, obesity, hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular risk reduction. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a busy, well-established internal medicine group practice. The APP will work collaboratively as part of a six-physician team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive and collegial clinical environment. This position is ideal for an APP who values continuity of care, collaborative physician partnership, and building long-term relationships with adult patients in a supportive, team-based environment.
