Bachelor’s degree is required within five (5) years of hire, with continuous enrollment in a relevant program documented. Current Illinois RN license and Iowa RN license for the other state must be obtained within 12 months of the hire date. At least two (2) years of relevant clinical experience is required . Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within three (3) months of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support ( AC LS) is required within three (3) months of hire. Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter for both Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training is required within six (6) months of hire. Specialty practice certification is preferred. Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
